This Privacy Policy explains how Rain or Shine Investments LLC, doing business as The FSBO Pros ("The FSBO Pros," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit thefsbopros.com, sign up for our services, call a phone number we provide, or receive text messages from us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, property address, the number you want calls forwarded to, and any details you share about your home sale.
- Call information: for phone numbers we provide, we collect caller phone numbers, call times, the options callers select, and, where disclosed to callers, call recordings and transcripts.
- Messaging information: texts and emails you send to us and your opt-in and opt-out choices.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited.
How we use information
- To set up and run your call-screening line and forward buyer calls to you
- To send account messages, buyer call alerts, weekly recaps and check-ins
- To send marketing messages, only if you opted in to receive them
- To provide the FSBO toolkit, answer questions and offer optional services
- To follow up with callers who consented to be contacted
- To improve our services and comply with legal obligations
Text messaging (SMS) privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Call recording
Calls to phone numbers we provide may be recorded and transcribed. Callers are told this at the start of the call. Recordings are used to provide the service, keep a record for the seller, and improve quality.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children
