These Terms govern your use of thefsbopros.com and the services of Rain or Shine Investments LLC, doing business as The FSBO Pros ("The FSBO Pros," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
The FSBO Pros provides homeowners selling their own property with a call-screening phone number, call forwarding, call records, messaging, checklists, a local vendor list and related tools. The screening line and toolkit are free. Optional paid services, if any, are described with their price before you choose them.
Not legal or real estate advice
Our materials are general information only and are not legal, tax or real estate advice. Using The FSBO Pros does not create an agency relationship with anyone. For legal questions about your sale, consult a North Carolina real estate attorney. Our founder, Chris Rayner, is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with Realty ONE Group Affinity.
Your phone line
- We provide the number for as long as you use the service. Numbers remain our property and may be reassigned after you stop using the service.
- You agree to use the line lawfully and only for marketing your own property.
- Callers hear a greeting that may screen out agent solicitation and tells them calls may be recorded.
- Buyers who call your line and consent may be contacted by The FSBO Pros about other properties.
- We aim for reliable service but can't guarantee every call will connect.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program name: The FSBO Pros Alerts
Description: Account setup messages, buyer call alerts, weekly call recaps, check-ins about your home sale, and, if you separately opted in, occasional marketing messages with tips and offers.
Message frequency: Varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll receive one confirmation message, and no more messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- You opt in by checking a consent box on our website, replying YES to an opt-in request, or selecting the opt-in option on our demo line. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services, including using them for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to send spam.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The FSBO Pros is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any outcome of your home sale, missed calls or the work of any vendor listed in our materials. Vendors are independent and not employed by us.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or change or end the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
